    Hello all, I'm definitely new here. I can't draw to save my life, but I'm trying my hand at DMing DnD 5e for the first time, and I've noticed in the past that there are some interesting things on here that I would be interested in trying!

    Welcome to the guild, Beysie. There are a few of us who provide resources for non-artists to create fantasy maps. It's a good place to start. But be warned! Fantasy cartography is an addiction, so don't be shocked if you don't start dabbling in drawing yourself.

    I don't think drawing maps is usually as hard as traditional art, so I definitely recommend trying your hand at it an following some tutorials. You'll be surprised how much you can improve!

    If you give up you can always hire us, but yeah, give it a go! Cartography is similar but not the same as art, you might find it suits you to do the 'assembling pieces' style of map instead of drawing one!
