I am glad you had such a nice commissioner.
Thanks Rafal, Alice was indeed a delight to work with.

They are legion but they do look good don't they ? Thanks a lot for the border, Kell, this is a part that's not really my forte. I'm drooling over MistyBeee's and John's fabulous border but I lack both the talent and the drive to go that way

Thanks a lot SPS, if you have any question on how I did them, I'd love to try and answer.

Choosing legibility over artistry can be a tough choice but usually tends to be the right call, as it is here. But out of curiosity, do you have a hand written version?
Thanks Rochnan. Unfortunately my my handwriting is a mess and I just tried handwritten fonts but they did not blend in. I made one good enough attempt (in my opinion) of a home font here.

I've always liked maps and admired the work on this forum but I have to admit it took me a rather long time to think "oh wow...I could commission one...for myself!"

I also feel I must apologize again for the mountains. I never meant for them to be so dense and impose so much work on Thomas though I think they lend a great effect. They are, I think, a testament to Thomas' skill and perseverance. Thanks again for the lovely map!

Thanks a lot for your lovely words Alice In the end the mountains looked good and gave a lot of character to the map so, this was the way to go so, really no need to apologize, plus they only took 10 to 12 hours to complete and believe me, I've had worse !

Thanks UGE, I'm glad I can give you strength (hope ?).
