Very interesting: a part of the city... It's a very good idea and it's brilliantly executed! The vignettes are particularly good!

Thanks Jo, I'm glad you like it. I split the city into 3 maps mostly out of necessity. I wanted to create a large city for the map pack and render it with a good level of detail, due to the constraints of my tools and workspace it's impractical for me to work on a sheet larger than A3 so I decided to split it in 3. I was also inspired by J.Edwards guild city map which gave me the idea to create the split city.

This has to be one of my favourite city maps in a while. It's so nice and clear, and I love the colouring and shading of it so much. Lovely work!

Thanks guys, I'm really pleased with how the colouring and shading came out. It's always a bit nerve-racking going through the final colouring on a map, once I've laid down the base colours it usually looks a bit average but then I layer down the shading and shadows and it really starts to pop after surprisingly little work.

Thanks to everyone else who commented and reped, this is definitely the most ambitious project I've done and I'm really pleased with it.
