i just looked at removing that grid so that continents can be moved , it dose not look well

i or someone else would have to do that by hand line by line and that would take a lot of time

Well it to me it seems it would be simpler to just have someone retrace it and then add the additions I have proposed for it along the way. Though, would you also be able to make the edits yourself as well?

I can't say without knowing the files and whats all available and other stuff, but I can remove the grid from the map .

I actually just now managed to get back into contact with the original artist. And he said he would be willing to help me out. So I guess that precludes all of this, my apologies.

Its always best to work withthe original author as he has all the files!
