    Does this medieval town layout / district zoning plausible?

    Looks good. Though I feel I should point out that cities don't really make conscious districts or areas for slums, slums pretty much end up where no one else wants to be, or that aren't important enough to keep clear. This is almost invariably outside the city walls (because all of the space inside is valuable, even if it's just for crops).
