Juni 2023 challenge: Map of Pandora (Omatikayan Region)
Will be taking om the challenge of a non-canon map of the Omatikaya region on Pandora from the Avatar movies.
It’s also the first time working with Procreate on an IPad Pro, lets hope I’ll finish the first map in almost 3 years!

Boy have I been struggling with placement of the dots, think I’ve moved them a thousand times already pffff (especially those 3 nasty ones that are wayyy to close to eachother for comfort) but I think I found something I can work with now. Also added some ocean details here and there and started on the titlebox.

Looking really good, Marc. I have yet to see Avatar 2, so I don't know if there are floating islands in this region, but if so, I'm curious to see how you'll depict 'em.

But I think I might have bitten off more than I can chew with this map in combo with a new medium, the challenge and the timerestriction so I will be pulling this map from the challenge and continue working on it the ‘normal’ way.
However, I don’t want to leave the challenge completely so I will be re-entering with a more manageable map in a new post.
I hope one of the admins can close and/or remove this post.
I'll close it down for you. Just start a new thread, I guess that'd be easiest.
