Looking for someone to colourize black and white maps from a PDF

I am willing to pay someone to take some black and white fantasy maps from an old pdf made in 1990s where the maps were black and white to save on cost of the book. I would like them colourized. If anyone is interested or can tell me a better forum/category to post on, let me know. Thanks!
