Default Heaven in the clouds (Commission)

    Hi Everyone

This is a commissioned piece that I've been working on over the last few months. This was a bit of a different one, the client wanted it as a pencil drawing that is not inked or coloured. The brief for this project was to create a "Heaven in the Clouds" which is really a tiered capitalist dystopia.

I also have a work-in-progress thread for this project here.

As always any comments and questions are very welcome.

The map is done using all physical materials as outlined below
    - A3, 200gsm watercolour paper
    - Mechanical pencils (2H for drafting and HB for the final layer)

It looks wonderful. The perspective is fantastic, and I love the figures in the corners. I imagine it's quite unusual to have a pencil-only request. It feels so... impermanent, somehow.

Cannot lie, I'd love to have seen a coloured version, but the pencil drawing is fantastic too.

I think pencil on its own is underrated and ignored, and it's nice seeing a beautiful example of one

I love these maps of yours, especially since I'd be unable to draw them. Great job !
