Sorry if spoilers but for me it was between a rock and a hard place so a rock is Boulder and a hard place is Diamond. So in between them is Respite. Gather to praise the day is East Tower and the sun rise sun set seems opposed to normal, but we continue, cup overflow is Drinkwell, then I got stuck. Find in the heart... so is that Corewood ? Then if so then "at the end there is the beginning". So a circle ? Is that Stoneferry ? If so then Slabhead, then TradersPort. Then I got stuck again. Strange Place - Maybe the Mad Temple ? But if so then Cauldron. A message where the merchants meet... that seems like TradersPort again but it could be Diamond so then TwinMill. But then that leads to Diamond.
I dont know. I tried working out each next place based on the clue and marking up the map and it doesnt seem to make a shape or something which I could use on the key.
So no treasure for me....
But I liked the write ups and the idea of clues to places. Esp if you were playing and got them piecemeal as you played the game.
At the end, there is the beginning. So the very last place to visit is some kind of beginning, or a place of origin...
Edit: Thanks for engaging with it. I tried to put some loops and dead ends in as well. I had a lot of fun putting the descriptions in, and by the tone of some of them I made the guy's name fit too: C. Y. Nicalgit.

A place of origin... so maybe thats Copperhead then which means either ThingyMouth in which case Stanton, BroadHarbour, Stanton... so probably not. It could be Mad Temple, Cauldron... Then next is either Diamond, in which case its TwinMill, then Diamond and it loops so I dont think so.
Or that is the end of the journey and its Provenance. If thats the case then we have: X, Φ, K, Δ, T, Ω
And then the inner circle goes East and the outer must be West. But from those characters I don't see how that works. Or it could mean that standing at Copperhead the mine goes into the river source which goes to the right for dark (moon) and left for light (sun).
I need another clue !
I got the M and N too with Grainbin and Cornbarn having no symbols so I think those must be matched to them. Or maybe its just coincidence... Maybe we need a M and N for the word Moon. But we need two O's...
