I really enjoy your landscape forms - they always feel so natural.
This is the third map I started for this challenge. Yes, I'm posting 3 before 2 but I will share the second map I started as well. Photo isn't handy at the moment.
But here's number three. This one is acrylic on canvas panel, 12x16 I think. Nope, wrong, haha. It's 10x15 inches. 1.5 hours in so far, 20-30mins for the sketch in wc pencil, 30mins roughing in terrain shadows, 30mins roughing in water stuff.

Thanks Diamond!
Here's another 30mins roughing in some greenery... this one's so much fun

3 hours in... Had to correct some value issues from initial stuff and then got a bit fiddly focused and that slowed me down some. Hopefully I can stop doing that and finish in two hours.

4 hours in... 1 left.... I got it mostly covered at least but it still has a lot of issues and now I have to figure out what to focus on that I can accomplish quickly to improve it. Decisions decisions.

I think it looks pretty great! What if you added some wispy clouds? Is that feasible?
Wow! Acrylic! That is a rare medium on this site.
It takes me back to the old maps one would find in a retro fantasy/adventure novel.

Thanks guys! Here's 5 hours done. Phew, haha, that last hour was a rush of chaos and stress. Managed to throw some clouds in right at the end. Still not what I'd call finished but that's as far as it goes for this Challenge.

It looks perfect! I love the warmth of it. Slap in some points of interest and nomenclature, and I'll buy it from you.
