Is it a RPG setting?
What is the scale of the map?
I'm intrigued about the Timbersea, could you tell us more about it?
So, this is my current project: the continent of Eoruthan, the only surviving continent in the world after the rest of reality was decomposed by an apocalyptic event known as The Shattering. Though Eoruthan was the site of The Shattering, it was saved from complete destruction by the efforts of the Seven Heroes, each an unparalleled expert in their own system of magic, though it was not left unscathed, with many systems of magic wiped out entirely, rents in reality reading to unpredictable geography like the Timbersea, and the corruption of the ambient magic into something far wilder and more dangerous than ever before.

It's meant to host a novel for now, with plans to expand to a TTRPG and/or wargame. I'm not too sure as to the scale, didn't have one in mind while drawing the map, but the main continent is meant to be slightly smaller than Asia.
The Timbersea essentially was a normal sea, but during The Shattering, a magical rent in the fabric of reality was opened leading to a massive proliferation of oversized trees alongside copious amounts of aberrant magical energy. Those trees essentially extend from what used to be the old seabed, growing taller (and the forest floor growing deeper) as you get farther from land. The canopy forms an essentially continuous and extremely thick covering, preventing the mutated ecosystem below from climbing up and threatening the surface, but it is still unnavigable without specialized vehicles called Canopy Trawlers which are owned and monopolized by the Arishtar Hegemony. The Timbersea is technically invasive and would grow unchecked and consumed the surrounding land too if allowed, but it's bound in place by the Walls of Nolan and Kael as well as the Arishtar Twin Towers. The Twin Towers provide the only passable route in and out of the Timbersea, as the barrier is created magically, while the Walls are actual physical barriers.
