Subversion Azore Continent Map

Hello all

I was browsing the net this morning and found a discussion about a campaign setting called Subversion by Fragging Unicorns. The article showed a map of one of its continents that I found particularly interesting and I wanted more information about it and its author.

Having no way to know the cartographer, I thought I'd come here and ask if anyone add information about him or the map.

I'm always interested to know about the process surrounding the creation of this kind of map. Software, technics, time, color palettes, etc.

Anyway, I thought maybe the author hung around here sometimes.
