Map The Serpent Shrine - Dungeon Map

"Deep in the forest, there is a ruined tower. Forgotten and abandoned a long time ago, it came to live and hosts a group of cultists."

My latest dungeon map that I just finished. I experimented with some new ways of drawing objects and adding more shadows. It was a nice exercise.

I like. Clean, easy to read and/or see what's what. Always a fan of the "old school" style of dungeon maps.

The attention to detail makes me happy, I love seeing a good top down map. The layout is great!

Beautiful map--my only critique is that the blocks along the walls (what you use to divide the room from your hashing for stone within the wall) are really clean compared to the textured details of the rest of the map. For example, the weathered stone stairs look amazing, and the clean stone blocks are a bit jarring visually to me. I'd suggest looking to get some sort of texture or irregularity on them so they match the aesthetic of the rest of the map.
