My name is Theo and I've always been passionate about fantasy worlds in games and books. When I was around 10 I played Age of Empires I and my life as a gamer began. Back then my parents only let me play 1-2 hours a day so I came up with the idea of drawing a whole AoE game on paper by taping several A4 sheets together to make a huge map. My drawing was not great but I remember having so much fun imagining my villagers hunt mammoths and my archers going to war. Almost 20 years later I still can't really draw but I have this itch to create maps and write stories, and last week I found a mapmaking software so I haven't done much else since . I'm hoping to learn more about making maps and who knows maybe I will finally learn how to draw too. I heard about this forum on a youtube video and I'm excited to learn and make friends .
