January/February 2025 Challenge: The Undersea Labyrinth

So.... WAY back in 2011, I drew a map that resembled a video game layout more than an inspired fantasy map... because I based it after the Mer-folk caves in the Claw game (1997). Stupid hard as the game was, it is one of the best ever created. I love the maps, story, and level art!

Anyway, I was young and impressionable.

After looking at many of my old maps, I said, "I would rather throw them out than redraw them." But grand master Diamond told me, "That's the whole point though!"

So in a frenzy of inspiration, I undertook to redraw this hideous and vapid cartograph.
