Strait forward and simple symbols, with a 'easy on the eyes' color scheme.
Yet another classic style FR-map. There's not much to be said about this one. Done on Photoshop as a layer wrangling exercise. Learned some valuable stuff about being precise with grouping and naming things.

I really like how clear your map is and its very easy to look at.
Looks like a very good style to learn to imitate too. I agree with steel: this map conveys clear information using simple lines and shapes. It also seems like you could learn to make it quickly, as well. I feel like I should make a map in this style soon... maybe a few.
Guess that makes me three...very nice man. We'd all do well to learn this style.

The process for this kind of look is pretty straight forward and quite achievable by using PS Elements or GIMP. Perhaps some kind of a simple tutorial or design guide would be in order.
