I'll repeat what I said in the other thread, they look nice, but the grid is a bit overpowering. I'd reduce the opacity a bit.
Hello,
I've decided to create some maps for this adventure, I'm gonna run it in about two weeks, so I'll try to whip up some of the maps, not all.
So far, the first two encounters, I've moved this to a new thread.
I'll repeat what I said in the other thread, they look nice, but the grid is a bit overpowering. I'd reduce the opacity a bit.

I softed the lines a little on the second map, but I've played too many games with maps from adventurs I've bought, where the grid is barely visible, specially when you don't have perfect lighting over the game table.
Here comes Encounter map 3.
Updated the map, was too dark.

The 4th encounter battle map.
This one made purly in Dundjinni btw.
The others are either Dundjinni base with additional work in OmniGraffle.
Quick summary of tools used.
(1) Dundjinni, OmniGraffle
(2,3) OmniGraffle
(4) Dundjinni
Of cause, textures made in FilterForge and 3D objects in Cheetah3D or Bryce, or from the Dundjinni forum.
Cheers,

Here come encounter 5
I like this last one the best so far, though you might post an additional version without the grids.

OK, here is one without grid.
This map is composed entirely using OmniGraffle, with textures, and clouds rendered in FilterForge, and roof rendered in Cheetah3D. Some objects from the Dundjinni Forum, like fires.
OK, this is the sixth battle map for the Heaten adventure.
Both with and without lines.
