Welcome to The Guild. You clearly know how to use what ya got so keep on keepin on.
I'm Jace and I'm glad to make your acquaintance! I've been making my own maps for my campaigns for a number of years now.
Almost all of them begin hand drawn before I scan them in and alter them in PaintShop Pro.
I've created an album showing a variety of maps I've created.

If the radiance of a thousand suns was to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the Mighty One...I am become Death, the Shatterer of worlds.

I have to agree with Ascension. I like your style.
Have some rep!!
If you have others that you would call finished, you might want to post them in the Finished Map forum.

Thanks all! I went to the Joe Kubert School to learn how to draw comics back in the 90's so that has a heavy influence on my mapping style.
I'm gathering up more Map Art to post in my album, but I certainly can select some of my finished maps for posting in the Finished Map forum.
Took a look at your album.
Some really nice stuff there!

I have added additional stuff -- I had a computer crash a few months ago, and I've been trying to recover what I can from old threads on various gaming boards.
Ugh, but I hope you guys like the newer additions!
Lovely stuff in your album. I particularly liked the Aztec map. Looking forward to seeing much, much more!
Yeah, again, nice stuff in there - I repped ya too.
You said that you use a pen and scan it in. What kind of pen or medium are you using ? The lines are real nice and even. I always get ragged edges to mine but then I draw on cheap paper too. It looks like one of those more expensive technical drawing pens.
