Looking good, Turambar. I actually like this style quite a bit - with the exception of the pale/white shorelines.

Thanks Diamond! On the shore line, do you think a darker outline would look better?

Only one way to find out. I think it would help though, especially since your rivers and other features are darker.

I gave it a try and I think it looks a bit better. I also added the details to the shields and drew the compas rose. Next back to finishing up the land details and cities!

Good job Turambar! Nice and clean. I like the "old and dirty" choice

    Thanks Simkin!

I think this might be the final iteration, unless I get inspired with some last minute additions or anyone spots some improvements that need to be made.

Looking good to me, but will point out that the coat of arms for Montciamontc doesn't have anything other than the field (is that the right word?). Don't know if that was intentional or not, but thought I would mention it just in case you had intended something more for that.

Thanks! Yes, that is intentional. There are actually two of the coats of arms like that. Its fairly common in heraldry to not always have a pictoral symbol on top of the field.

Awesome map, Turambar. I especially like the city icons and erupting volcano. The whole thing has a wonderful Renaissance Festival feel (I mean that in a good way!).
