I really like the changes!
One thing that seems to draw my eye to it, and I am unsure if it even matters... but the parts if the road/bridge that are sticking out past the land into the water have an outline around them. For some reason, I feel like they shouldn't be outlined in that the outline classes with the way the rest of the roads are drawn.
Getting a little bit crunched for time but should be able to get this done by the 15th.

Looks nice =D Although.. I don't like the border around the houses - I guess you have just used Photoshoplayereffects, which add no anti-aliasing at all, so it kind of ruin (See what I did there?!) the overall quality of the image :\
I think I'm ready to call this one done. The folds and the wood border might be overkill but I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. Now I wish I could change the name of the thread so that it properly displays "September/October Challenge" since I was a boob and forgot to put it in there.
