I'm curious, what type of style are you after for this map? Are you looking for something hand drawn? Full colour, black and white or are you going for a more realistic satellite style? It might help someone decide if they want to do this if they have some details, maybe a few examples of maps in the style you're after? Also what size do you need the map to be. Are you just using this for a personal world building project or a DnD campaign or are you going to use it commercially? You might have a tough time finding someone do to this for free as making a map takes a lot of time and effort and normally costs several hundred dollars, but a few details wouldn't hurt...
