Oh now you're teasing us - telling us there's more already but we don't get to see it yet! LOL!

I bet it will be a good one

Sorry, I'll comment anyway : I just like the way you passed from the dragon sketch to the stony dragon ... very good move and very well executed !

Okay, this update is a MIGHTY jump forward compared to the last mainly because the challenge is getting towards its end. My idea of showing incremental steps kinda disintegrated, so here we have virtually all my progress so far. Hoping to do B&W and colour versions at the end to see which I prefer.

Anyway, here we go. I've gone all over the place with my approach to this one so some bits I haven't got onto properly yet even if it looks like I've passed that stage.

Also, thanks for all the nice comments from my first update, even if there's wasn't too much to say that time.

    Lovely work, Greg

Maybe since the colours are pretty strong, intensify the shadows quite a lot?

Hey, that looks great! I really like the drawing style and the colours. As Mouse says, making the shadows a bit darker would look good. I'd also suggest perhaps some white foam on the waves around the coast.

Great update GLS. I love this top down view. Hope to see some smoke out of the dragon's nostrils.

Wow! This is really coming along! I love the colors, and dragon spine mountains? steps? The top down look is a really interesting idea... I can't wait to see it finished!
