Here comes ! Maybe it's a bit dark and the .psd is at your disposal if you want.

Do not feel obliged to use it though, I'm pretty partial in my opinion about it

(it's scaled down to 50% size, because i think it is better viewable in the browser)
Many thanks for the comments everyone, i'm really glad you like it so far!
@thomrey: There is already a parchment layer applied (but it's not too prominent i guess ). Thanks for the offer Thomas and i'd really like to test it nonetheless. Could you just upload it here in the thread?

Ok, very nice! here is the alternate, more worn version of it. lowered the opacity of my color layer even more and left the blue grey background away. I really like it a lot too. What do you think?

Fantastic! The cliffs are superb, the colors are great, I can't imagine what lives in the forests that would force them to build a suspended city like that.

Thanks Bogie, that's a really good question! I thought they'd just fancy dwelling up there...at least they have a marvelous view...
It won't unveil this particular mystery, but i wrote down some lines about Asun coming to my mind thinking about the city on that island. Not sure if the words fabricate the sense i wanted...

I put the blue background color back again for now. Not decided yet about the parchment, but for sure i'd love to use it for a map, even if it might not be this one. Thanks again Thomas!
I guess you'd better go with a dedicated frame and another background. Feels like the cracks are drawing too much attention.
Wow, that was quick! Superb job, Abu!
I actually like the one without the parchment the best. Although IMHO it should have a lighter blue background.

Or perhaps a very slightly more sky textured background, maybe?
But you can ignore that suggestion if you like - I'm a painter, and where my fingers itch to splodge a few clouds around you probably see something different
Nice work Abu. I turn my back a second and, 'bam' - another Abu map!
