2 is a better scale but 1 matches the style of the mountains better.
Hello. A little update on this project. I'm undecided on the choice of the forests. I have a preference but I would like to know your opinion before going more forward in the drawing.

I like #1 the best by far. #4 also has potential.
I think two fits the scale better and intergrates with the mountains well. Nice job
Yeah, I also agree with 1 and 4. You could probably use both, for different forests and mix things up a bit. Looks great either way!
I agree with you Snodsy, this type of forest integrates better with the mountains and fits the scale, but it troubles me for the style. I don't know how to adapt it...
Thanks Goombac. Mixing all the different trees and the density was in my intent. Hope it will work.
Thanks Diamond and J. I'll adapt the 1 with some elements of the 4. My last intent was for the five but yours opinions make me change my point of view.
Thanks all.
Well, try doing a small clump of trees as style 5 and let us see what that looks like.
Where the trees are closer together. Maybe that is what is throwing off the look of #5 - that they're too spread out.

For me it is 2 and 4 but you decided already Will look good whatever you do
I'm allergic to pollen! - Amaranthus hypochondriacus
Yup 1 and 4 fit the style better. Maybe try to not draw too much hatching lines for the trees drop shadow, that might be a bit heavy with a full forest.
Thanks J., Barek and Max for the advice. It takes me much time to finish drawing all the forest. I have to find a quicker method to do it in the future.
There's my new update. Many things to do before the end.
Comments, advices, critics, all are welcome.
