March 2018 Challenge: The Bitter Winter (or, Calanthavian Election of 1579 VCE)

This map is so cool, in part because it's very different from what I typically see. I also just finished reading SPQR, a nonfiction history of the Roman Republic and Roman Empire (to 192 CE) and your lore has that sort of feel to it. I like it a lot.

Thanks! From when I'd first decided to make an election map I'd been stylistically trying to strike a balance between looking nice and yet still feeling at least somewhat like a (relatively) modern infographic like you'd find in a historical publication or textbook.

I'm glad to hear the lore has the feel of a historical account, since that's the sort of tone I was aiming for.
