    That border is just fantastic! Really impressive stuff. Very much looking forward to seeing the end project.

    @Matthias: Thank you!

    @GLS: Thank you so much, too! Yeah, I guess it will be some back and forth but I think there is a right way to do this here. =)

    @arsheesh: Thanks! :D

    @Seeria: Thank you so much.

    @Mouse: Currently I'm trying out stuff. I accidentally stumbled upon this golden thingy btw, but here it doesn't fit with this map. But I have to keep it in mind =)

    Wonderful map Steffen, i second snodsy with the rhumblines, they look too thick and kinda like mess around , But the map and broder great stuff.

    I think the golden texture is really interesting, but I agree with you that it doesn't fit this particular map.

    I think the yellow might be a tad on the totally overpowering side, if you don't mind me saying so, that is! But since your forests now look like they are made with gold leaf, I can't really say that I don't like it

    LOL!

    @Voolf: Thank you! We'll see how it will turn out =)

    @Mouse: LOL Nah, I just needed to keep it in mind for another map coming up where this would be very fitting!

    You could use it to decorate the most gorgeous wooden frame - or lacy filigree decoration... even part of a compass

    I bet it will look so beautiful that everyone will be clamouring to know how you did it - so best have a set of instructions ready to paste in

    It's looking gorgeous, Steffen! I'm absolutely in love with the border and the decorative elements, particularly at the bottom left. Just fantastic work there. Love the lettering too.

    Excited to see what comes next.
