    Thanks, Ilanthar! I might actually get these printed and framed. We have a "map room" at home, with lots of framed maps. Might as well add some of my own work!

    Ours sort of happened by accident - picked up a map here and a map there. (I started with a map of the US east coast from the 1630s - New York is still New Amsterdam - that I found during an insanely good sale at a local antique map store). I framed and hung them as time and money allowed. One day the spouse and I realized that the art in one room is nothing but maps and carved wooden items picked up while traveling so...map room!

    I can just say again what I already told you : this trio is really, really great. The colors, border, corners, buildings illustrations are wonderful and works so well !
