I cannot believe how the month has gotten away from me! I had all these happy intentions of doing a little work at a time on this entry, and then I checked to see when the deadline is!
So I've been working like a crazy today trying to at least get my map filled in with the requisite details. There are parts I'm not too thrilled with, but overall, I think it's not too ugly...

Looks nice, good colors, I like the subtle terrain at this size...if it were bigger it might ruin the feel. That said, maybe the text could be just a tad bigger (can't read that small stuff).
