Hope you manage to finish up to your satisfaction, GLS. I've either messed up or lost interest halfway through challenges too, usually because I didn't plan properly and let my enthusiasm carry me away without stopping to think it through. There's a valuable lesson to be learned here!

I would like to see you go further with this, as I like what you have, so I hope you find time to work on it over the weekend.

Started adding colour, but a fair bit more to do.

The color really makes it feel a lot more "finished" great work. I don't think I have ever seen a map with a buffalo, nice touch.

Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone, it really does help! Hopefully, I'll have another update sometime later today!

Okay here's an update for today. Not done as much as I did yesterday, but still getting more towards something complete as the challenge ends. I'll probably tweak the border some and play around more with the colours (perhaps desaturate it a bit). We'll just see where it goes.

As you can see, I also drew a train (which went surprisingly well). You can't have a railway without one really!

Okay, here's another update, possibly the final one. The site is being a little intermittent at the moment, so I thought I'd upload now just in case.

It's turned out better than it could have done and I'm pleased that I have managed to get something a bit more polished completed for the deadline.

*Edit* - Realised something was wrong straight away. So uploaded a corrected version.

A more desturated version, which I think I prefer. Calling it a day on this one now (not that I have much time left anyway)
