Thanks Mouse, I think I'll get it done on time if only I don't get too distracted by the Guild discord (plus you know the New Year stuff ).

Apart from that these perfectly circular cities always have this very artificial feel to them, but well... I do love the style Btw, Greg, once I've drawn Albengard, I'll send it to you I can guarantee you, it looks nothing like Aldengard xD
Yeah, it'll be great to see how your Albengard compares. Also, I know what you mean about circular cities since next to no city would be planned enough and would build up and stem in all sorts of directions, but it's what the client wanted overall to fit in with the lore and everything so it's circular!

Anyway, another day, another update. Got the middle buildings fleshed out this time and added some more bridges!

Nice Progress! But yeah, client-wishes are quite important. Usually I just try to point out when things seem illogical - but if the client is certain about it, I do what they want ^^ Whatever it may be. Are you going to color it as well? Anyway: Like said before... I really like the style! it's so epic, kind of has this other-worldly tolienesque feeling to it, if you know what I mean.
And I'll definitely let you know when I'm starting Albengard. Unfortunately currently it's not top priority...

    Thanks, Zora!

I'm hoping to add some subtle colour to it, but not got too overboard with that.

Hopefully, I'll have another update later today and possibly the final one.

I'm impressed by the level of detail !

    Really nice work here !

As you said, the subtle coloring makes a very consistent map, with nice overall look !
And the inserts and title makes a very « classy » map !

Thanks guys! Think this may be the final update, added some shadows, the extra colouring, plus some more roads, bridges and the labelling!

    Beautiful

I wish I had the patience and persistence to draw something like that in such a short time!

Thanks Mouse! Yeah, drawing building an get a bit mind-numbing sometimes...

Anyway, corrected a couple of thing in the middle with the shadows and roads.
