Incidentally, I used this map last night in a battle. I had the tooth-things attack people that passed within 5 feet of them (+16 to hit, 2d6+6 damage), and the disturbing lumps had horrible creatures inside them which would burst out in streams of stinking pus if the welt took any damage.

The player remarked that it was like fighting on someone's diseased vagina. >.>

Sounds like a questionable good time was had by all. Also I'm thankful that I'm not an only child as I can read almost anything and not form a mental image do to the classic child's gross each other out while trying to eat game.
