17 look like it would be a good place for shady businesses. I'll go with that as my preferred choice unless someone thinks my reasoning is bad.

John, your sketch are always amazing ! Any part of this city map is tempting. If I can choose, I'd take the 43. My second choice would be 7,8 or 40. This Guild city project is amazing .

Hehe, well, i have many that I think would be really fun or cool to map.
I really am sort of impartial. There are all sorts of fun possibilities.

Edit - I'll keep an active list of preferences on the first post, for easy reference.
So far, no one's top preference is in conflict with anyone else.
