I'm unsure about the bevel effect, too, maybe I get rid off it.If I can bring a few crtitics/comments here, I would say that mountains could have some extra coloring touches to break the monotony of the range. Also I'm not a fan of beveled effect (here on rivers) on a hand-drawn map. The border is great

I added some subtle colour variations to the moutains, some browns and greens.
The color touches look good and the subtle light on river banks here and there makes it look more natural.
"Rohan, my lord is ready to fall..." Just not today because this map is awesome!
