@Voolf: Every year my old history of religions professor came up with the anecdote about the 25th december originally being the celebratory day of "sol invictus" (the deified sun) in the roman empire before christianity became the official state religion. It was obviously related to the winter solstice and the days getting longer again symbolizing the "victory" of the sun against the night/darkness ... so yeah ... spring is coming!

I wish you all a merry Christmas and share this thought of mine : in this world going mad, a world which seems to lose its way more and more each day, I’ll say that today more than ever, this world needs cartographers like all of you in this guild : people who can find a way to create together regardless language, origin, colors and all. People who just know how to draw a path to a better world !
