Thanks ChickPea, I've really enjoyed reading them so far and have found them to be a great source of inspiration. It is so great and humbling to hear artists share their thoughts, their processes and how they got to where they are today. I look forwards to this series continuing!
Thanks, GLS, it's always great to get positive feedback. I really enjoy the interviews too and getting to know our artists a little better.

No, thank YOU all for this, this was really fun!
If there are questions, please send them directly to me - this way I won't miss anything. =)
Quick question: Will this be featured at Facebook, too?
You are the best!

Visit me on ArtStation.
J.Edward does the Facebook posts, but I'm pretty sure he'll be featuring it. Need to give him a chance to wake up and get coffee first!

Indeed, coffee first.
Nothing happens without coffee.... nothing.
It's up on FB now.

Hi folks, we've got a new 'On the Map' interview out today. Our first three interviews were all with industry pros, but we thought we'd change it around a little this time.
We're very pleased to present our interview with one of the Guild's most prolific hobbyist mapmakers, Ilanthar. You can read his interview here:

Thank you so much to Ilanthar for taking part, and we hope you enjoy his interview.

Indeed, I was glad we could do this interview with Ilanthar.
So many wonderful maps. ChickPea has posted a bunch of them over on twitter.

Thanks a lot guys! I kinda feel honoured and it was very fun .
Reading my answers again, and I realize I didn't precise it was miniature ballistas and catapults . Minor point anyway!
Oh darn, I was hoping it was full-size ones!
