I can't describe how I enjoy this little universe you're creating with those maps. Perfect balance between dream, mystery, and something darker lurking. Map candy !

It's progressing as a story, of sorts.

I'm pushing to slowly get up to 100k rep and then everyone can quit repping me. ;P

    And yes, that's it.
I'll need to draw up some locations from here.

I am enjoying wandering here and sharing what I see. ;P
There always seems to be something lurking under the surface.
But it's nice out here in the sun right now.

A great set of map, J. It's a pleasure to wander in your paths and to go from castle to little cosy house near the sea. Your use of light and shadow and the sense of topography are wonderful. Repped an hundred time if possible.

Thanks Warlin We are going to go inside one of those houses soon, Ganet's house, which is down by the water.

I can't rep you at the moment John. But these maps are fantastic as usual.

Profantasy should contact you to do a mapping style for CC3+, like they did with Mike Schley and Torstan, it would sell like hotcakes I reckon. I'd buy it for sure!

    That would be interesting.
I wonder how they work those contracts.

    Map Ganet's House

I guess this technically should go here, as it's Ganet's house, which is on the island, and part of the Journey series.
As mentioned, Ganet is the badger fisher fellow who took us out in his boat from the beginning of the Journey series.

He, apparently, has a large family and may also house his otter fisher friends too.
It seems that he and his family run a seaside restaurant and boat rental on the shore in the bay.

That's the ground floor on a clear day, part of the Basic tier set.

    Sampler 01 Basic.jpg

The next tier, Extra, gets that fluffy cloud day, some fog, and then the foggy, misty night version.
    Sampler 02 Extra.jpg

I sort of started a trend where i spend a day working on additional variants for the PLUS tier.
Here they get an autumn set and a winter one. I felt like the main ones would work for both spring and summer.
    Sampler 03 PLUS 1.jpg - Sampler 04 PLUS 2.jpg

I quite like the fluffy clod days and the winter.
Gotta get back to work. So much to do lately.
Have a great week, everyone. Cheers, J
