I am absolutely loving it so far. As for the lore -- It's loosely based on something from a setting of mine, but there isn't any concrete lore on it, so you can go ahead and make up whatever you wish

Just a note; the WIP scraper picks up the first photo in the post regardless of where the tag is.

Yes, the bear is huge on purpose. This is a scary place

Here's the latest update. I've started adding the buildings (and again, J.Edward's influence is clearly visible - I'm sure Sir Inkman won't mind).

Haven't got much lore yet, but I'm thinking that this city might have grown thanks to the protection of a benevolent necromancer noblewoman, Svilda Stilledotr.

I like what I see so far! I like the wolves and the bear! And I love that mountain! I'm looking forward to seeing this flesh out

Oh man, this is gonna be sweet
A suggestion about the animals...
there are ways to make it look right.
Add some foreground items/things that show that the wolves seem to be closer to the viewer.
Then the bear can recede to the further back area, and the scale is right.

To add to that, if the lower ground lines actually obscure the square of the map edge.. that would help.
