This is such a beautiful painterly style, Chashio. Your digital art always seems to capture the flair of your real-life paintings so well. What program did you use for this one?

Love the little snek poking its head out too!

You mean sketchy and totally unplanned?
Thanks, Greg! I'm glad you like it. Just in photoshop, mostly the basic round brush with pen pressure opacity. Duplicated the layer at the end and set it to multiply, opacity 75% to darken it more.

The bit in the center is clever
The burrowing sort of thing is quite cool.
And of course, the lighting is very nice.
I am impressed that you tried the sort of perspective-like wall thing that I feel I've only seen in rectangular dungeons.
I would not have tried that as I always feel that is somewhat daunting.

    Thanks J.
I just figured it would be easier to light things if I did the walls like that, but I did run into some issues trying to figure out doorways. I hope it works ok, it sort of stretches things oddly in places.

Yeah... I started another one. [total procrastination from cleaning the house ]
Basically just flipped the first one over so it would connect to one of the exits and painted over it to be an easier starting point to blend with the first... like so...

    That is so cool Chashio
i love the creature grabbing out at passing adventurers.
Ya know I'm a fan of tentacles and all.
I quite like the jagged nature of that lower part.
    You did go dark. Nods.

Edit - I think you have a knack for dungeons.

Thanks, J! They're more fun than I thought they'd be... at least the natural caverns. The man made stuff I'm still on the fence about.
mmm, I probably shouldn't have put the live aspects/beasties/traps in, but they're so fun to draw.
    I'm glad you like it.

It'd be a good time, until it wasn't.
    Thanks, Mouse!
