    SweetHome3D is relatively easy to use. It does 2D floorplans and generates 3D images of the results. It can generate output in PDF (document), OBJ (modeling) and MOV (video) formats.

    Oh, and it's free.

    You can use Sketchup in 2D to create floorplans, it's simple to use and there are tutorials out there for it. If this is just for personal use, you can use the free version. If you are going to use it commercially, you will need to purchase the pro version.
