    The only thing it has in common with Nordic languages is the way it sounds and the fact that it's written with runes, the meanings and actual grammar are completely made up.

    Jordr = Land
    Hag = Home
    Swän = Bog
    Dal = Town
    Empor = Bay
    Ban = Castle
    Sonne = Warm, summer
    Staf = Place of...
    Bruun = (Mountain) Pass
    Wärk = Fort
    Dragas = King
    Hal = House
    Kjor = Cliff
    Obas = Watch
    Briga = Lake
    Hel = Village (group of houses)
    Won = Black
    Bargr = Harbor
    Fin = South

    I think that's all of them

    So Jordrhag means homeland (literally the land of home)

    Very nice work on the map, and the constructed language.

    Interesting. That's not too far from the meaning of our campaign setting, Jörðgarð, which is drawn from old and modern Icelandic.
