This is really nice, but it disturbs me that no house is adjacant to another.

Very nice! The sands & water seems a little bit too flat compared to the pleasant details of the buildings, imho.

@Ilanthar I completely agree with you, but my 3D skills are somewhat limited, I think that a texture or something else would make it better, but everytime I try to add a texture the ending result is not so pleasant.

@Obbehonne Good point, but again since I am learning to work with Blender, and when I try to make one building adjacent with another, the overlaping models end up with some nasty results.

Finally started to add labels and the border, what do you guys think?

That looks really nice. It would be interesting to see a small walled town or city in the same style.

I decided to try a second aproach with this map, with a Assassins Creed style. Which one do you guys prefer?

Whoa! That's crazy cool Carbus. I like the second version the best. Never done any 3d work but this looks mighty fine to me.

As written before, a spectacular map carbus! I don't know Assassin' Creed, but i like the information-labels on the second a lot. Although i personally would love to see how it looks combined with the "arabesque" ornament-style of the first one.
