    However, I agree with the others about the mountains, but what bothers me the most is the texture of the border (the default pattern of Photoshop if I'm not mistaken). Maybe try some other textures, like stone, to fill the borders ?
    Oh well spotted about that texture, something's gone wrong there, I'll fix it!

    And yes I was very much going for an old-school map you see in fantasy books - books almost never have coloured maps, it's far too expensive to insert a coloured plate into a paperback.

    Ok third time's the charm! I changed the mountain symbols and fixed the frame - the volcano stays.

    Mt. Helbreth looks pixelated..I don't know, just doesn't look right.
    The other mountain icons look better, they fit in well.
