It already looks like a fantastic film setting. I hope the kritta work will slightly soften the lines on the landmass to create a subtle difference between that and the sharply defined angles of the buildings.

Well, I hope I'll be able to work out the drawings with Krita... Fingers crossed .

I'm still working on the model. More buildings and details. I'm gonna finish the buildings and add the siege campsites. And I hope to start to draw tomorrow or friday.

Looking great so far. I am really interested to see how the work flow turns out. I'm not familiar with krita at all. I have used sketchup in the past but it took forever to create shapes. I wonder if they have improved it or if there is a new way to draw in it?

Well, I'm not an expert in SK at all... I'm still learning better/faster/easier way to do things...

Yours is also good . I wouldn't be able to draw directly (as you are doing), so I'm using SK as a basis.

Speaking of it... I'm late in my schedule (no surprise), and I'm also wondering what view I should choose. I think those two are the best. Which one do you prefer?
If I have enough time, I may add a smaller top-down view...

wow you're getting really good with sketchup dude! particularly impressed by they way you play with the sandbox to draw topography, it seems really natural.
