Absolutely gorgeous map! I love how you've shown the elevation just beyond the city, and the colours are gorgeous (especially the sea!) Fantastic work all round.

I really like the way you did the buildings and roads on this map.
    Thanks Mouse!
Rep, no rep. Doesn't matter. Your comment is much more meaningful than rep!

The style of the architecture? I'm not sure, I don't think the client specified it.

I'm sure (or I hope) that the commissioner is happy. This is a map that balances really well plausibility, so we look at it and believe it's an actual location, with fantasy, so we get the imagination immediately spinning off.

I think you handled the geography of the place with distinction. My favorite aspects are color and the agricultural fields. On the downside, it lacks a scale - how long are those wooden bridges - a stone throw?
Yes! The client was very happy with it. Thank you for your wonderful comments!
The bridges would be fairly long, judging by the size of the buildings.

This is a gorgeous piece of work Josiah
I pretty much love all of it.
Very nice coast lines and really good distribution of buildings and fields.
I quite like imagining the view from Castle Dagmar.
