I guess so. All the zoom maps are 16384 x 16384 pixels at max zoom and that is (sort of) fixed. But if the sewer only spanned part of the city then it could be cropped and then 16384 pixels into a smaller area is more than 9 pixels per 5ft. But for the sake of clarity were almost bound to have a semi transparent version of the ground view in with the sewers or a darkened background of it or something so you know were its linking up to the ground view map. Would then make sense to have it the same.

Ah ok, I was just going to mention that you have the wall cutting off some corners of districts , it might be a wise idea to try and line up the districts to the wall where it makes more sense. (for example in section 19, and 22, and perhaps section 4 should go all the way to the wall, and the wall should move down to the border of 18, stuff like that)
Please please please put them up in some kind of palette that allows me to flood fill inside the sector border with black and white. Last time there were gaps where say rivers cut through the border - was a lot of work to edit all the gaps shut before the flood fill. I,e. can you make the sector boundary the top layer and with some kind of contrast to the rest of it.
And it would help me immeasurably if people could post up a WIP of their sector in the res they plan to stick with quite early before you overwrite up the border edge too much so I have to try and figure out exactly where it used to lie.
