Yep, cities and forests look MUCH better now. This is going to be amazing when it's done...
Amazing! I don't know what else to say... I know that if I put out a map it will lack both the authenticity of a hand drawn-looking map (such as this one) and the detail of maps made by better graphic artists than myself. Not that I am a graphic artist at all in fact... but anyway, great job.

My only comment would be that the text is perhaps a little too toned down. It looks a little washed out. Otherwise, beautiful work so far.
I have to agree with Solxante, the text is faded a little too much.
This cavern is below all, and is the foe of all. It is hatred, without exception. This cavern knows no philosophers; its dagger has never cut a pen. Its blackness has no connection with the sublime blackness of the inkstand. Never have the fingers of night which contract beneath this stifling ceiling, turned the leaves of a book nor unfolded a newspaper.
Gosh, I think the text is just right! Hey Soixante! Haven't seen you around for a bit! Hope all is well!
Lovely work Cereth. I just love the washed out feel which ages the map beautifully.
I got quite a bit more done today. I'm trying to find a nice balance between legibility and the aged look with the text. I like the way it looks now, but we'll see how it looks on a test print before I settle. If it is too hard to read when printed out then I'll sharpen it up some more, but I like the aged/washed out look as it stands now.

Beautiful! Looking great.
Awesome work Cereth!!
Looks fantastic, even though I'm not the greatest fan of faded maps ... I find them hard to read sometimes. Still, to each his own
