Thanks, Weery! I did a little clean up. And also spelled my name properly. I'm trying to decide if I need a bit of outer glow or white stroke on the names.

After studying the two again, I take it back - this one makes a little more sense perspective-wise.

It looks great with the color, and that border is great.

Thanks, Diamond! Honestly I feel like I'm cheating on the border - that's a turtle I drew as practice quite a while ago after looking at turtle clip art. But I definitely wanted to capture the rose, which is also easier to draw than a billy-bumbler. (Re-reading bits of the series that relate to Oy, I realized that my Shiba Inu has thick, soft fur of the sort I always imagined when reading about billy-bumblers.)

I wish the mountains near the Dark Tower had a name, but I can't find one anywhere so I guess Sai King didn't name them. Or if he did, he kept it even from his research assistant.

Oh ! I blinked once and that's something completely different ! The mountains and hills adds a lot : great addition with them !

PS : Did I already told you I love your compass ?

    A good looking map.

A minor comment: the label 'Thinny' is in a congested area and a little difficult to read.
Otherwise, the labels look fine as they are.

Good point, thanks bkh. I will see if I can get to that before the challenge closes. I've been at a work conference while also dealing with work emergencies. Got a red-eye from Minneapolis to DC so I could head straight to the office today, so I'm a tad scattered at the moment!

I did a bunch of clean-up and I'm calling this final, at least for the challenge. It was a lot of fun revisiting the world of the Dark Tower series! I did my best to capture the feel that the landscape evokes in the story.

This finished up really great Aesh but I absolutely love the perspective leading from the bridge into the city at the start of the map. It's perfect! Great job
