The fold lines really add a lot to this!

Ta version simple est déjà pas mal "texturée", c'est pour ça que l'ajout de la texture parchemin fait rapidement too much. Du coup, je préfère aussi le version "simple"

It's not a big effort these days and a good way to thank those who compliment your work. Glad you liked it

Thanks Naen but I still gotta learn some temperance with it

Tu as raison mais je pense que j'y ai surtout été un peu fort Peut-être seulement ajouter une texture avec les plis sans le reste. Au départ je voulais aussi ajouter des genres d'égratignures sur la carte.

You are right but I think I went a bit hard with it Maybe adding a texture with only the creases and folds but without all the rest. At first I also wanted to add scratches on the map.

Another great piece Thomas. Yes, it's difficult to find decorative fonts that are legible at such a small scale, particularly when used against such a strong background texture (that may be part of the problem right there). Nonetheless I can make out most of the larger labels, sans the mountain labels, which are a bit more tricky. Nice work on this.

Awesome map Thomas! Well done! I have to say that I agree with Sebastian about the texture. The simpler version definitely does it for me.

Thanks Tonquani. With the texture, I tried to give the map a feature from the reference the client pointed me too. I might have gone a bit hard.

Merci mec Rendering that deep forest feel was a real pleasure in this job.

it's beautiful, Thomas! And I like it with the folds, I feel it adds an element of realism to it. I love the colors! I would rep you for this, but it's too soon.

    yet tranquility proceeds
    the accursed storm...
