Thanks man, and your name certainly would cause some inquiry, but I'd speak highly of you It was a pretty sad day here Tuesday - just know all American aren't closed minded, bullies - but I better stop being I go on a rant.

    Really cool, Snodsy

Are those the real names, or ones you made up?

Since you say you want to play with the type, how about curving the trail names to follow the trail?

Fantastic, I've seen pictures from when my son went there, you really captured the look & feel of a beautiful place.

Thanks for all the comments, this one was probably one of my favorites to do. Here's my final version. The names are accurate, the exact locations aren't exact by close enough - since I'm my own client .CanyonHike7.jpg

Splendid work snodsy! I'm amazed by how fast you went thought the process of coloring. My only nitpick would be that the forests to the left seem a little odd, perspective wise. Great work!

    Oh that's even better!

I just love those little scrub plants you've put in the canyon.

    Its a work of art

EDIT: Oh - I see the scrub plants were there before! I must have been admiring the canyon rocks too much to have noticed them! My bad.

Absolutely wonderful work again, Snodsy! Only been a couple of days since I last checked, but like Dan says, you work fast! Great use of faded colour, lovely linework (as I've said before) and a fantastic perspective.

Well done on the labelling too as with something like this, it's easy for them to get lost amongst the rocks, but for the most part everything is easy enough to spot.

I agree with Dan on the trees though. That space needs something, but those trees don't quite work. Other than that small part though, really great work Snodsy, adding to your already fine collection of pieces!

Ok guys a slight change cutting the forest into two horizontals help the perspective, plus it definitely needed something over there.
