    Nice work, man.
I'm afraid I'll have to curb everybody's enthusiasm, mine included. My client was already pretty shaky when it came to the setting (I'm assuming he's making it up as he goes), so the information arriving on my end never got more concrete than "there's vampires, werewolfes, the collapse of the modern world, a thousand years later there's basically wilderness". Rather than me "populating" the map we've now agreed on a solution where I simply provide him with four basic location icons (city/tow/castle/ruin) as .PNGs in two sizes and he'll be able to make stuff up as he sees fit.

Above is the final version. This feels unfinished. I'll have to ... redevelop it on my own.

Edit: Okay, I will continue to work on a different, personal version of the map in this thread. Doing anything else seems like a wasted opportunity.

The map is coming along nicely. I wasn't a fan of the mountains when I saw your early uploads, but now I feel like they perfectly fit into the map. The colouring really is excellent. It almost looks like an artistic map that could be seen in a museum or national park.

Beautiful work so far. The map has a high visual appeal and as you say, it would be a pity to not go one step further and develop it on your own.
